The Problem:

  • Constant fear of superiors and subordinates
  • Developed greater levels of insecurity about his own abilities, which influenced him to frequently change jobs.

  • He became highly distrustful of people and have had problems relating to his family, close friends and other people.

  • In the first three months, he has become more relaxed, open and trusting, which has helped him deal with PTSD better.

About the person:

The Problem:

  • He was experiencing high levels of stress during the exam period
  • He had a problem organising his revision work and managing other daily activities.
  • During exam periods, he was experiencing irregular sleep patterns, anxiety and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol

Solution:

  • We have helped him develop a stress coping mechanism for his revisions and exams.
  • His anxiety levels have reduced, thus allowing him to regulate his sleep patterns, resulting in reduced alcohol consumption.
  • After one month of intensive training, he has walked away empowered to deal with above issues more resolutely.
