Due to the complexity of this curriculum, we have decided to split it into nine different and yet intertwined segments, which would be easier for you to understand and practise on a daily basis. This programme was designed to influence positive changes in your lifestyle and therefore in order to achieve that important objective, it is vital that every curricular part is correctly applied into your everyday routine.
Due to the curricular methodology and structure, it is best that you start from the very beginning, in order to fulfil the objective stated above.
This course is designed for your effective personal development and you can stop at any time you wish, as your commitment is for one module at the time. However, as already explained, if you wish to achieve best results, you would be strongly encouraged to start from the Module I, as progressive learning will facilitate easier integration of this curriculum into your daily lifestyle. Thereafter, you can stop at any module you wish and you can later restart from the same point you have left it off, but you will need to continually practise learnt curriculum when not in active training for the best results.
It is very difficult to say, as everyone is different. However, the true progress will depend on your seriousness and dedication to your personal development. It is worth to note that you didn’t get to where you’re now with a simple snap of a finger. It took you time and it will also take you time to perform meaningful corrections. The real benefits of this programme will be experienced when you stick to the process and your agreed daily routines. Like anything in life, if you wish to grow and develop yourself into someone you aspire to be – you must be willing to put a lot of energy, dedication and will to endure the process. The aforementioned process will gradually influence your thoughts and belief system for required longer-term lifestyle and behavioural changes.
This programme is designed for people who are serious and/or passionate about their personal development and well being. It is also designed to provide you with lasting results and to be able to do that, you must be willing to work on yourself daily. Otherwise, it will be very difficult for you to achieve required changes.

It is also highly desirable that you are of good overall health, as that will enable you to effectively follow this programme and reap the benefits. If however, you have a health condition that could prevent you to follow our programme, then we would strongly advise you not to book. Alternatively, you will need to provide a letter from your GP confirming your ability to follow our programme, as structured. As stated on our website and on all our promotional material – your training truly starts the moment you accomplish your live training with us. We will give you all the tools you need and will show you how to use them and will also instruct you on your daily routine and it will then be down to you to work on yourself. However, you will not be alone, as we are only a phone call or e-mail away from a question/advice. Also, during your live tutorials, you will have the chance to meet like-minded people with whom you will be able to form close mutual coaching/support partnerships, which will provide you with added stimulus to achieve your goals. You will learn more about these opportunities, when you enrol into our programme.
Before you start your training, you will be asked to set yourself specific goals and development targets in the areas that you will be training with us. As you progress through your personal plan, you will be asked to perform regular weekly self-appraisal of your progress. In addition, you will be liaising with your course colleagues with whom you will exchange experiences and we will be in touch with you to check your personal progress and whether you will require additional help.
Good self discipline is a must for achievement of meaningful results that will come by following your daily training routine. However, if you think you are not disciplined enough, you should let us know and we will try to work something out with you to keep you motivated. However, it is important to note that you’re solely responsible for your progress and no one can help you unless you truly want to help yourself. So before you start, you must be 100% certain you want to work on yourself and the results will follow, as a result of your commitment.
Not at all. They are designed to enable you to practise on a daily basis the curriculum that was taught during your modular training. You have the full freedom to adapt your daily training to how it suits you best and for the purpose of achievement of your personal development objectives.
Right now, our trainings are held in a convenient location very close to the central Nottingham, which provides excellent environment for trouble free learning and interaction. It is our plan to expand in the near future to other locations in the UK and if you wish to be informed about these developments, please let us know.
There is no specific dress code. However, you should wear comfortable clothes, which will allow you the freedom to move. Detailed information will be disclosed in your welcome pack when you decide to join us.

In your welcome pack, you will get all instructions and training materials to enable you to effectively follow required module. You will also need to familiarise yourself with the “Home Preparation Manual”, which will provide you with explanations and theory behind exercises that you will practise in your live training. When you go through this manual, you should follow the procedure to enable you to come fully prepared for your live training.

However, all you need to do is to adhere to your agreed daily training routine and the results will follow depending on the frequency and intensity of your trainings. Remember, success follows persistence and consistency in whatever you do. So, the more you do it the better you’ll be.
Our programme is only a tool and the way in which you will use this tool will influence your achievements. As stated earlier, your real training/conditioning will start the moment you complete your live training with us. Because then, you will use your newly acquired skills to appropriately condition your thoughts, emotions and lifestyle habits in the way that suits you best.
